Beldora is an Illuskan human woman and a secret Harper agent operating in Bryn Shander.
She poses as a homeless waif, earning coins by tending campfires for other folk. In truth she listens to all conversations around those fires and reports the relevant ones to her Harper contact once a day via a sending stone.
Beldora enjoys telling lies, believing it makes life more interesting, but she is genuinely motivated to protect common people.
In late 1485 DR, she was at the marketplace when giants attacked the city.
