A detective of the Lords Alliance, associated with the faith of Savras, God of Divination and Fate. Serious and methodical. He is the leader of the Quake Breakers.
He briefed the Seekers on a tsunami that struck nearly every coastal settlement on the Sword Coast, with the epicenter placed west of Waterdeep. He believes the tsunami and a wave of coordinated pirate attacks are connected — both symptoms of a maritime enemy that is organized, possesses magic, and has significant resources and reach. Cnidaran assassins attempted to kill him; he survived by setting a trap.
He noted that Waterdeep, Neverwinter, and Baldur’s Gate are all focused inward (political consolidation, guild strikes, and martial law respectively), leaving the sea threat unopposed. Gundarlun, a Lords Alliance island, is the only force actively engaging pirates at sea. He has no intelligence on Luskan due to anti-scrying wards. The Red Wizards of Thay sent a Tarkion to Luskan. He sees no direct link between the collapse of the Giant Ordning and the Kraken threat, but considers the timing suspicious.
He gave the party the Lords’ Alliance Sending Stone — a badge of the Alliance that opens certain doors and allows one Sending per day to reach him.
Seraphina initially sought an audience with him regarding the Kraken Society.
