Baram is one of the surviving Pirate Lords of Luskan and represents their main military force in the city. His territory includes the docks, but he has withdrawn into his fortress while the Red Wizards of Thay tighten their control.
Razzles believes Baram has a vendetta against Krieg and may be manipulable.
