Rolling-Thunder served for centuries as the elder and civic leader of Alkai Tor. He is the brother of Howling-Gale. A charismatic and steady presence, he brokered the peaceful integration of humans into the formerly all-elven village roughly fifty years before 1486 DR.
Rolling-Thunder was among the earliest victims of Karahl-Guhl’s raids; he was abducted and later found dead in the ziggurat. His disappearance and death marked a turning point in the community’s fortunes.
