Until recently, it lay in comatose under Calimsharn, where its inhabitants used its blood in the form of Blood Stones. Now it has begun to manifest by posessing and controlling Red Warriors, using their bodies as vessels to communicate.
It has declared that it will unleash Seven Plagues in the coming days. The first was an increase in the Red Plague’s potency. The second was making all Red Warriors explode, which left the city of Calimsharn in chaos.
After the Red Warriors’ explosion, the Blood Mines Expedition resulted in a successful destruction of its heart.
