Here, she uses her unique aspect of Truespeech to cure most diseases in the city and to remove mutations from those afflicted by the Blood Plague. The building consists of three floors, with the third accessible only to the Lady, her “son” Ankhor, and its former inhabitants who escaped to the mines after being massacred.
