The leader of the Hall of Justice in Neverwinter, responsible for dealing punishment to any crime committed. Besides some prejudice against magic due to an unnatural scarring she received as a result of a spell, she has proven herself to be a capable judge and advisor to Dagult Neverember.
In 1486 DR, Olsaf interrogated the group on their intentions with the city and Redd’s apparent allegiance to Luskan. In the end, she found them to be innocent and let them go under close probation. She later repelled Grothgar’s attack on the Hall of Justice.
