Don Tigre is a tiefling male and the mafia leader of the dominant faction opposing the Pirate Lords in Luskan. Alignment: Chaotic Good. Born 1421 DR.

Born as an orphan on the dirty streets of Luskan, Tigre grew with a dream to restore the city to a safe haven of true freedom. When Tigre was 7, a war veteran named Krieg adopted him and taught him how to defend himself and later how to kill.

In 1437, he worked a few years as an adventurer and, with the money and skills he obtained, usurped the leadership of one of the bandit clans in Luskan in 1440 DR, forming the basis for what would become the strongest faction opposing the Pirate Lords. His foster father Krieg quickly joined and became his second-in-command in 1445 DR.

Two decades later in 1464 DR, Don Tigre decided to adopt the orphan named Travis, as Krieg once did for him. Travis later became one of the leading lieutenants of the organization.

In 1470 DR, Don Tigre recruited an eccentric elven scientist named Elindor to help balance the clan’s lack of arcane and alchemical knowledge.

In 1481 DR, Don Tigre worked out an unknown deal with a powerful lich scientist named Razzles, obtaining a powerful ally that could greatly enhance the magical defences of their hideout.

In 1483 DR, his foster son Travis (now known as Redd the Kidd) temporarily left the clan to become an adventurer. During this period, Elindor unfortunately went insane after investigating a recovered artifact and murdered one of the clan’s lieutenants before fleeing.

When Travis eventually came back with a group of adventurers, Don Tigre accommodated them and, after allowing them to explore the Black Market, gave the group the mission to find Elindor and bring him back, dead or alive. He also contracted the Dark Elf mercenary Shadowblade to assist them.

When Don Tigre found out about a possible ambush by the Pirate Lords’ assassins, he sent Krieg and a group of bandits to help protect the group. Unexpectedly, Krieg then assaulted multiple Pirate Lords outposts after rescuing the group.

As of 1486 DR, Don Tigre is struggling to maintain control over the clan due to ideological differences with Krieg. The clan is also suffering from tense diplomatic relations caused by various meddling incidents, including groups of clan bandits infiltrating Bryn Shander and Waterdeep at Redd the Kidd’s behest.

It is unknown whether he sent the group of assassins disguised as a circus troupe to attempt to kill Baron Rikkler, which would provoke a war between Bryn Shander and Neverwinter.
